Well just got a PC in-game on this for 1k from a random person that was selling axes, I was hoping it would sell for more.

Fiery Spiked Axe of Enchanting (gold)
Fire Dmg: 6-27 (10 req.)
Damage +15% (while hexed)
Enchantments last 15% longer

3k, dmg mod is perfect but has an unfavorable condition attached, not max dmg, and decent enchantment mod.
