Depends on how rich someone is in Ascalon. MAX dmg is 28 and Axe Mastery +1 is nice cause you can use this with 7 which is a good starter axe.

its not bad at all - a good intermediate weapon!
I would try selling it in ascalon or wherever you found it, for anywhere from 1-4k

lol got 2 gold summit axes in a row in shiverpeaks when i went back to do bonus

don't think it is worth anything honestly. 8req is not high, but you can get a 8req max dmg axe...12%dmg+ when HP>50% on a 6-23dmg translates into 7-25dmg when HP>50%. Considering you can get max dmg axes for 500g or less, this axe should be sold to the merchant.

the Axe+1 mod is just a chance boosting WHEN u are using skill
starting at 7 axe Mastery with a req 8 Axe is surely a stupid choice
