Capping Migrane

The site that I used to find all of my other elite skills lists the boss that carries Migrane as being the Breeze Keeper boss right after the 1st cutscene in Ring of Fire (something spitespew). However, I just spent almost 2 hours running through the first part of this mission over and over to try and cap it, and the boss never appeared. Is this not where you cap Migrane?

It is the correct place. The problem is that you are not guarenteed 100% to get the mesmer boss. Hell, I've only seen the Ele boss a few times, and all the other times its been a monk boss.

Only advice I can give is to keep trying.

Migraine was one of the last skills I capped, for the simple reason that the boss who uses it never appeared.

I think it took 10 or 15 runs for me to get it.
