The info text is incorrect. The ally doesn't get 2 health each second, but gains health regeneration of 2, which equals 4 health per second.
Molvania
No, if you have a 2 health regeneration it would give you 6 hp every second not 4.

No, that's incorrect. If you have health regen of 2 that's 4 health per second.

A quick question on this skill - If the target ally dies, then the skill would end. Would the ally be then healed for 30-150 and actually not die??? Anyone know if this is correct??

Nope, they still die.

This spell can be purchased in Maguuma Stade, south of Henge of Denravi, from Avena.

You have to double click the spell off if you actually want to save the person. Or it be shattered.

I'm pretty sure it's healed then they take damage.
Guardian of the Light
One interesting thing about this is that it heal quite a bit if you cancel right away.
So its a decent heal.

So its a decent heal. Decent for being linked to Divine Favour, I suppose, but the actual healing efficiency is at best 16 health per point of energy (16 DF; 51 health from DF bonus, 190 health from Watchful.), which is not spectacular at all.
With the 10 second recharge time, though, I don't think it's quite flexible enough to run.

Still one you can heal yourself which most big heals can't do.
Reks
Healing touch is still the best self-heal out there.
I've really only used Watchful Spirit for 55 builds. No good reason to use it otherwise, even with the 1 second buff. +2 health regen won't save you in big dmg battles...
Still, it does make for an alternative to Mending if one doesn't want to devote points into Healing Prayers.

It's a very nice buff for + while enchanted mods if you can give up the pip
Gotta like no need for an attrib point, of course there are a couple other monk maintains too like that
