how much would an purple axe 6-25 damage be worth?

Not trying to be funny. As much as someone is willing to pay.
What skill requirement / enchantments are on it.

From personal experience I sell stuff dirt cheap or give away items to people im my party (such as weapon upgrades) because I can't use them or give stuff away to fellow guild members.

I've noticed when looking for items to buy prices jump all over the place way over prices (Asclon), reasonable mostly in Lion's Arch, and kinda random later on.

I would hang out and see what other people are selling stuff in a zone that start advertising.

The Economy is being altered by arena net by killing the bots, adjusting cestrial signets in HoH, and altering (more) drop rates.

Its not Gold, its not max damage, its worth very little unless it has some killer attributes.
