WTB: Rare Shield with 20% chance for +1 illusion

This is the stats I need on the shield for my me/w:

Max Armor (+16)

Tactics based shield with tactics req less than 10

rec'd dmg -2 while enchanted/in a stance

20% (or close) chance for +1 illusion magic
