This is the stats I need on the shield for my me/w:

Max Armor (+16)

Tactics based shield with tactics req less than 10

rec'd dmg -2 while enchanted/in a stance

20% (or close) chance for +1 illusion magic

Contact me in game or post here if you have that shield or a similar one. My ingame name is "Dazlo Fairy" or "Nocturna Astrum"

Will pay extremely generously for the right shield.
