WTS My Guild (seriously)

I've grown tired of managing a guild, and so, even after I invested lots of money in it, I decided that I no longer want to be a guild leader. When I say lots of money I mean lots of money. There was the 2k for the emblem, plus who knows how much for the hall, which I saved all myself. So now I'm putting this up for sellin', and just pm me with an offer, but don't bother unless its sizeable, like at least 30k, and I'll consider it. You can also contact me in-game; Pesii Thireburn. Remember, you are buying a guild worth about 65k in add-ons plus about 10 or so members in the guild. The procedure for selling is that you give me about half the money, then you join the guild, I designate you as leader, then you pay me the other half, and I leave, done deal. I know there isn't any way I can prove that this is no scam, I can only say whole-heartedly that it isnt. Thanks for looking!

Y'know, that's a pretty useless thing to say. I'm basically selling a used sigil. The people in my guild are not being "sold" it's not as if they don't have a choice whether to be in it or not. If this post gets locked, so be it, but there's no reason for someone who isn't a moderator to say that.

EDIT: I suppose that this post is not gold or merchandise, though close, so I see that, plus now I've posted twice in 24 hours on it, which violates a forum rule. I still think it isn't your place to point things like that out though.
