Essence Bond As arena builds go (and I'm assuming this is one) this is a pretty standard War/Mo build. I would take Balthazar's Spirit over Essence Bond just because I'm assuming you are casting EB on yourself.
If you want to delve into Tombs and GvG, you'll find that people will be attacking you a lot less (if at all) and heading for higher priority targets instead (monks being the highest). In this case, you may want to focus more on offense. Replacing Healing with Smiting and picking up Judge's Insight and other Smiting skills would let you increase your damage output.

Strength of Honor is a nice Smiting skill if you choose to go that path. I prefer it to Judge's Insight because you don't have to take time out of fighting to cast it. Also, get rid of Berserker Stance for Frenzy. Frenzy is more hits over time than Berserker and means more damage overall. You won't be getting hit that much as a W/Mo so you don't have to worry about it until your team is really doing poorly. In that case stop casting Frenzy because you will be getting focused.
