Don't let all the noob warriors discourage you from playing a good one

I know that there are many many noob warriors who know nothing about teamwork in guild wars. 1v1 is all they know. They blame it on everything else if they don't succeed 1v1 even though there are 7 other people on the team. I feel sorry for any random pickup group who gets these kind of warriors.

Now back to a real teamwork warrior. A good warrior is valuable to a well-organized team. It is a good source for constant damage over time. And It is by far the best caller for an organized team.

I agree. Even though there are many people who play warriors horribly, it doesn't mean it is a bad class. Although the same rule should also apply to ranger, mesmer, etc.

The only timed I played my W/E, my PuG was terrible, so I basically had to kill the entire team by myself. They had two monks and the other people on my team were attacking the warrior

Same rules don't apply because of a the nature of the class. A really bad mesmer or ranger is usually slightly better than dead weight. In the case of a bad warrior, you'd often be better of if he wasn't there at all.

Yes please keep playing Warriors!
My friend is a Pally and playes it well and does really nice in RP.

Pallies are actually pretty good.
I would be a WHOLE lot happier if the noob pallies would just brign ressurect!
How hard is that? (and the whole heal me while I charge into battle taking on the HARDEST mob and not the called target+ tons of others I will not go into)

I wasn't talking about how the person effected the team but a more general topic of "just because others play a class bad doesn't make it a bad class".

But you're right; a bad warrior is, on the average, worse than having a bad ranger, etc.

I've played a number of different professions, and I've seen just as bad behavior from other classes.

For example. As a warrior in a group, I pick out a small mob, and pull them to me. Instead of attacking me, however, the monster I've targeted rushes past and makes a beeline for the spell casters in the group (pick a profession, doesn't matter - let's say the moron wth the Scepter of Orr). Thus, I take a swing at the monster as it runs by, then go running after it, trying to get it to engage me, instead of the poor spell tosser.

Instead of standing his ground, the spell caster takes off like a bat out of hell, running around like an idiot, while I'm vainly running behind the monster chasing him, trying to hit it. It's especially bad when I don't have TS, and have to type out "drop the scepter, idiot!!!" or "quit running, you pansy!" - neither of which do any good as the casdter is too paniced to notice anything but the minotaur right on his buttocks.

I guess it would be funny from someone else's viewpoint.

Yea, it's kinda hard to be a useless elementalist in pvp. Correct me if I'm wrong. Elementalist, especially air spiker, is arguably the easiest to play. All you do is sitting back along with other nukers and wait for a signal from the caller, and then you unleash your combo.

I whole-heartedly agree.
