Are either of these items worth more then 500g-1k?

Dmg +11% while enchanted
Enchantments last 12% longer

Requires 8 marksmanship


2.
Fellblade
14-21
Dmg +10% while health is over 50%

Requires 12 swordsmanship

My guess is that they both are. The bow in particular would fetch close to 10k.
