I would like to know how are the quests,
are they completed in open field like wow and then they warp to different areas where only group members are there
or are all quest including solo quest the same, where u have to warp to areas and ur alone like D2.
question about game play before i pre order

dunno D2 or Wow, sorry.
Quests are with a group of people and you are 'instance' meaning your group is there alone. you want to go back to town you just open map and click the town. You can just click any town or outpost you visited on the map to get there at any time as far as I have done.
So it isn't an open competiton for items and even in your team the computer randomly choosed the item assignment from the drop. It isn't based on last shot or who killed most or whatever.
Hope that helped.

There are several different ways to do "quests" You have your normal quests that are given by people in towns, areas, etc... You can either enter the explorable areas (instanced) either by yourself, with henchmen (AI controlled teammates), or with a group of other players. You'll then head out to conquer the explorable area.
OR
There are also missions. Missions are the main story arc of the game. You aren't required to play them all, but it's the easiest way to progress the story. You'll enter a mission either with henchmen or teammates and progress through the mission attempting to complete a goal or goals. These missions will tell you the story of what is truly going on.
