no more mods can be put on it. This isnt worth that much dude. Ya if I found this I would sell it to a merchant. Shocking is the Shocking Sword Hilt and Fortitude is the Grip or something. The only natural mod is dmg +11 while enchanted. I'd bid 500g but I wouldnt want to waste my money.
