Using a bow with a secondary ranger is hard because you don't have expertise to lower the costs of spamming skills.

I have a PvE build I've been thinking of, it uses an axe however. But bow skills have high energy costs and as MrJew said you can't use expertise.

10+2 Axe
10 Wilderness
9+1 Tactics
7 Beastmastery

Cyclone Axe
Dismember
Axe Rake
Axe Twist
Victory is Mine!
Apply Poison
Troll Unuguent
Tiger's Fury

This is a good mob killer with apply poison being spread using cyclone axe, and then you can use ViM! to regain energy for more poison cyclone vollies. Tiger's Fury is there for cutting down single enemies quickly, and Troll Unuguent of course will have about 8 pips for only 5 energy.

Canada...... Eh!

Okay, here's my question about this build as i was thinking along the same lines. If I have my Wa make someone bleed and then poison them, does the health degen of both conditions stack? Will the enemies health drop like an ice cream cone off the empire state building? (I know, bad analogy but it's better than saying "super cool wicked bad fast")

Poisoned Bleeding?
Bleeding Poison?

To answer, yes, you end up with a whopping 7 degen when both conditions are stacked.

Poisoning Cyclone Axe? Holy Shit Batman!
And to do Victory is Mine on top of that... Whoa.

I've seen Warriors do Cyclone in pvp a few times against a single foe. Idiots. But with this combo, if you can find enemies dumb enough to walk adjacent and fight adjacent to ya, then WOW... That's a lot of energy back.

I too would just go W/R for Wilderness Survival techniques. Sadly, only Antidote Signet can save you from the woes of blind, but not weakness.

<3 my Plague Touch Exactly why I haven't tried my build... I like my W/N too much to change it.
