Skill Return/Refund

It is my personal opinion that skill points should be returned/refunded, if you do a quest that gives skills that you had previously purchased from a trainer. Otherwise i would suppose we are to walk around endlessly looking for quest givers, and to twart the immediate response that then quests would be ignored, i feel that would make players infact focus more on quests knowing that even if they had already bought the skill, that they in minimal would recieve a skill point back from the quests or however many skill points were thereby earned by purchasing skills that the trainer would have given.

Next i suppose people would state that what about the old players that are in this boat, well Arena.net most likely tracks the quests that you have completed and therefore would simply be able to give you the amount of skill points you previously earned from said quests in this previous situation.

After level 20, can't you get unlimited skill points? I mean, after 20k exp, you get a skill point and you can keep getting 20k exp. This is a slow process. I think skill points are to be used only to get a skill faster.

Underworld quests give about 10k Each after the first one (As far as I know). They don't take horribly long and if you have people to do it with, you can maybe get atleast 20k in less than an hour. I'm pretty sure everybody just doing this for more skill points is more ideal in ANet's eyes rather than searching every person that has done a quest for refunding. It's a good idea, but it would be too much work/hard for ANet to simply refund everybody their points. Yet, if they don't do it, then it'd be too unfair for those who already did the quests. The best they probably can end up doing is just adding this into future expansions.

Clarity:
Skill Points: Skill points are used to buy/train skills. This is done through [Skill Trainers] throughout the game. Everytime you level you gain 1 skill point. Missions give 1 skill point after completion the first time. And some quests give skill points.

LVL 20 leveling, you gain a skill point at lvl 20 everytime you level, which is maxed out at 20,000xp once at lvl 20. This doesn't take too long, approx 1-2 hours in UW/Fissure.

THE SYSTEM ABOVE IS TO FIX THE REWARD SYSTEM FOR QUESTS THAT GIVE SKILLS THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE TRAINED.

Incorrect, ANet does track the quests that you have already completed. [Hint: why do you think you cannot take a quest more than once?]

Note: This isn't because i think Fissure/UW is too SLOW for XP, Fissure and UW are fine, but this idea is because i feel the system is flawed, why does it say i learn a skill when i already knew it, and therefore why don't i just get my skill point back?

I know that you didn't mean in any way to complain about slow exp, i'm just saying ANet would *Probably* rather make us do that rather than refund out skill points by those means. Don't take it in the wrong way, it's a great idea and im 100% for it, it's just I always need to find some reason to counter-act my hopes, that way if they don't do it, I won't be all down . Don't take it offensively, your post is rather constructive, I'm just like that sometimes.
