Henchman and Quest Item Drops ('Royal Papers')

We really need Quest Drops to be reflagged so that henchman don't get them. There's nothing more frustrating than watching people have to do the Royal Papers quest from Fisherman's Haven four or five times to get the papers. Yes, you can rush it, but generally you end up getting murdered doing so. I highly doubt it was intended for Henchman to be able to impair quests in such a manner.

Both times I have tried that quest with a full team of henchies, I have gotten the papers first try (Started from sanctum cay)...

Agreed - henchmen should not get quest item drops. This also happens with Fiery Unguent for Shalev's Task & Kilnn Testibrie's armor pieces in the Northern Wall bonus.
Also quest items like Fiery Unguent should drop for all human players that have that quest. 2 friends and I went to do that quest; they had it, I didn't. First time out we kill 3 fire callers, only one fiery unguent drop. Pop back to Piken Square. Second time, we killed them, only one drop - and it was for me, the non-elementalist! And if I had also been an elementalist, would we have to go out a third time? Why couldn't there have been all the necessary drops at one time?
