It's actually a 15% sacrifice, not 10%, just checked it ingame.

yeah blood of the master cant be spammed too and after the recharge time the health comes back to exactly as before i used it

The only place you might be able to find it that I can think of before then is from Verata in the renegade necromancer quest from Yak's Bend- I know he uses Verata's gaze at the least. Of course, it's difficult to get him to do anything, as he usually runs away almost as soon as you get to him. You'd also have to wait to do the quest until after reaching Lions Arch in order to have a capture signet with you as well.

Have u tried "villany of galarath " there is Very hard necro boss there and his minions would never die. He might be using it.

I really don't like Blood of the Master, but I can't get this skill yet, so what because my necro's secondary is a monk, I've been using heal area, which works great.

I think there's something wrong with this skill. I have a minion master who sometimes has 15-25 bone fiends out, and when using Verata's Sacrifice, a few of them always still degenerate and die. And this is after battle, so I'm positive it's not any DoT spell on them. 
It works fine when I have low amounts of minions, though.

I was told that you could find Verata at the Villany of Galrath place. You must not have the quest for him to be there. I have yet to confirm this, but I will update as soon as possible. Supposedly you can capture all 3 of his skills there.

I haven't confirmed that you can capture all 3 skills from him, but I can confirm that he infact spawns there if you don't have the Galrath quest.
and here it is.. took a trip out there with henchmen (oh god, I wouldn't recommend it :P), and killed his butt.. after dying a few hundred times. The answer is yes, you can capture all 3 of the "Verata's XXXX" skills from him. He appears if you don't have the Villainy of Galrath quest in your log.

this is a great thing for minion masters and theres something to healp even more with itif u use protective spirit just before u use it it will make u take 10%instead

do u kno if ordor of the vampire works with minions too? if so then u could use that for them to heal themselves and they would do alot more dmg

It doesn't. Minions don't count as members of your party, and neither do pets.

cause they just keep getting a higher and higher hp degen
i used to think it was capped at 10 pips of degen... but for minions.... i think it'll even go to -20pips of degen :-/ (-10pips while having +10 from vereta's)
it is true that it helps alot to maintain though
eventhough your oldest minions will still die.... you'll be able to recreate them faster then they die
i solo'd shiverpeaks (north part) using vereta's sacrifice and lvl 13 horrors and fiends
i had 30 or so horrors and fiends
result was that all the centaur mobs died really really fast
managed to get 30 outside lion's arch but.... had one downside....
one mob managed to kill me and my minions killed my entire party in seconds

So stupid to place that monster like that, it even have elites. I tried to kill it almost 2 hours without results. All went fine until Verata formed a group with ~10 orher monsters. It was too tough to me and five lvl15 henchmen. =(

It took about 2.5 hours w/my lvl17 to cap this darnskill. I think I was only able to kill him because of network problems- he went stupid and quit attacking. the whole game froze when i tried to go to town, but I still had the skill. This crappy router finally came through and did something good

Just a suggestion, if you have mesmer sub class, you can equip with mesmer interupt skills to kill him.
Mesmer is always the best at killing one specific creep.
Even my level 15 N/Me can go 1 on 1 with hydra.

Ok everyone please reply. Im thinking of making a minion master.After lookin in the guide it says bone fiend(awesome) and bone minions are in droknar forge a very hard place to get to. So im like well that sucks there goes my thoughts of being a minion master!! Please offer suggestions on what to do thanks

Droknar's Forge is not a hard place to get to. YOu just have to play through about half of the story missions. YOu could always take the easy way out and just get to Beacons Perch (not very far in the game) and pay for a run there.

well you can do the easy way, pay a run to droks or capture the skills.
you can capture bone fiends in gates of kryta from a horse necro at the end.
and you can capture bone minions at d'allesio seaboard.
(bone minnions are not so good at all!)

It looks like the Renegade Necromancer exploit doesn't work, so this is the only way to get Verata's Sacrifice early. How hard is reaching Verata compared to Galrath? (I heard there are actually MORE cultists around when VoG isn't active, and there are already dozens during it)
