I would like to see a mod trader. This person will allow you to buy weapon upgrades from him, and sell ones to him (like a material trader). This will not ruin anybody's source of income, as upgrades don't go for that much anyway. And it will save days of trying to find a good upgrade by farming, or hours looking for somebody selling it for a decent price. As soon as you find a nice weapon, you buy some upgrades from the trader. I think it would make things a lot easier.
EDIT: A point I forgot to add. For certain mods people really like, selling them to the trader may give you more money than you used to get for selling them to people.

This would be great. One problem that I see would be that there is a huge amount of different upgrade items, which may not work well in the interface or with supply/demand pricing.

Im 100% behind this idea. Clam has a point with how many mods there are and the interface, I suggest changing the interface. As it stands now, I dont see why they dont partition the different class runes into different tabs anyhow. Do the same with weapons mods, it wouldnt be overbearing to see Sword|Hammer|Axe|Bow|Staff.

if mod trader only sell minimum ones, +20hp fortitude etc, i'll be okay with that. lets leave the good-perfect mods to rare finds.

However, perhaps a rare mods trader with more hefty prices would work
Darkest Dawn
Well, a compromise could consist of a few basic powerups for each of the major weapon types. Perhaps five of each, increasing in value and power as you go. Kind of like the runes do.

I was surprised this was not implemented when they added the rune and rare material trader. But if the weapon mods have variable modfiers, I can see why they did not.
I would still love to see this implemented even if a variable mod gets rounded to a fixed (when sold / purcharsed) from there trader.
