a buddy of mine got a drop of a purple shadow shield that said protects from disease!!...iv never saw this before since i have been playing... is this possably to protect from necros?....i told him to hang onto it before hes try's to sell it....is this a good mod or just junk?

shield can have many mods including quick recovery from virtually all conditions. It is comparatively useless since you would prefer a mod like -2 dmg when enchanted for that slot.

did it say "protects from" disease? because if its just quick recovery its useless, but ive never seen a "protects from" shield before.
