smitty-gw Lion's Arch MerchantJoined Mar 2005Jun 28, 2005 at 12:28 PM • #2That hilt gives a 10% chance to apply +1 to your swordmanship attributes upon striking. Thats 1 in every 10 swings on the average. Fortitude can provide additional hit points all the time. I'd go fortitude.
