EDIT:(I believe this is a collectors staff.. it's blue.) But not sure...

Energy +10
Fire Damage 11-22
increases casting speed when using fire skills (20% chance)
increases recharge speed when using fire skills (20% chance)
+57 HEALTH (Hale Staff Head + Staff Wrapping of Fortitude)

I put the heads and wrap on myself, good staff. Speed/recharge says 20% but it hits more than you'd think.

I have an IN GAME offer at 40 plat. Good place to start.

Is this the collectors staff with the upgrades? If so - I would disclose that.
