hotkeys for viewing angle

Please give us hotkeys for changing the viewing angle (especially pan-up and pan-down). We have great hotkeys for everything else, but this is the glaring omission that makes it impossible to be a keyboard-only player. Thanks!

I know! I would also like this, being an old ffxi player I got way to use to not playing with a mouse. Its ruining my right click button too. The up down arrows should move camera up and down, as with the left and right arrows. I would like to see this ahead of anything.
Page up/down should zoom in and out.

This needs more attention. You wont believe how convenient this will be people. Will also save your mousing arm and mouse from ware.

Hooray for the search button! I am resurrecting this thread.
Currently the turn left/ turn right keys rotate your character. Unfortunately that means it doesn't work when you're attacking or casting.
I've recently switched to a setup for my monk where I use numpad 1-8 to select my team members, and other keys in the numpad for various things.
However, when I play I often need to look around a lot to keep an eye on what's going on, currently it's not very easy and I end up using the mouse a lot to.
I definitely would like some keys to rotate the camera.
While I'm here, I'd also like to make the mouse wheel mappable. I'd like to use mouse wheel for next/prev target without having to resort to third-party programs.
