Better armor crafters?

I just finished Gates of Kryta expecting to find better armor crafters in Lions Arch, but no luck. I am lvl 14 Mo/N and I've had 30AL armor since about lvl 8. How far do I have to go to find better armor crafters (like 45AL+) or is it dependent on my level? TIA.

You should still get the armor at Lions Arch, since 30 is pretty crappy. Then change your armor again when you pass through the Maguuma Jungle (I forgot where but someone sells 70 armor).

Um, changing Armor in Lion's Arch isn't going to do him any good, since it's still 30 AL for caster classes.
Bergen Hot Springs nearby, however, has 39 AL armor.

On my Ranger and my Mesmer, I bought armor in Beetletun and Bergen Hot Springs. Each offers a different set of armor (though all are the same AL).
So, you may want to check both places before spending your money and crafting items.
