PC gold flame artifact

this is interesting...its energy +12, quick recovery from disease...and thats it, but it has a value of 364 gold, which may be the highest ive seen...is it worth a lot?

I don't believe so. the best artifact is the collectors.

There is only one collector flame artifact at energy 12, the one with 20/20 charge/cast. You have to compete with that for that equipment slot.
Fire got some notorious long cast spells, so that 20/20 worth a lot. I would rather prefer 20/20 than 30+ health on artifact.
