WTB Holy Rod

Holy rod is the one hand monk weapon based on divine favor. Collectors got 2 kinds of 20% recharge or 20% cast speed, but that is not what I want.

I need a max or close to max dmg one (11-22) with
1) +4/5 energy when hp>50% or +5 when hp<50%
or 2) Increase recharge of heal prayer/protection or all
or 3) Increase casting speed of heal/proc or all
and 4) less than 10 divine favor requirement

I got couple already but none is good enough (that doesn't mean nothing is good enough for me ).
