PC: 20% Staff Wrapping and Sword Pommel of Enchanting

I have a 20% Wrapping and am looking for a Pommel, would I be able to easily exchange my Staff component for it? Or if you have any idea what either is worth, it'd be appreciated.

i think i had a staff wrapping like that before.. got it sold for 60k. so around that area.
