Ok I have both of these bows, I wanna sell one and use the other, which one would be better for my Ranger/Monk to use?
Also I have a Vampiric Bow String 5:1 should I use it on one of these?
Which of these bows is better for In Game Use?

I say the fiery halfmoon, the marksmanship will be better than armor 90% imo.

yes the fiery is better, whether or not you use the vamp string is entirely up to you. seeing as they arent perfect bows im not sure if i would waste a perfect vamp string... i would sell the string but thats just my opinion. Both very good bows though
Spike
I'd actually go with the armour +7 one my self as you only have a 17% chance of the +1 marksmen and that does'nt do much anyway. I would also sell the 5:1 vamp bow string. You can get a firey bow string to add to the half moon if you want.
Lasher Dragon
I have a 5:1 vamp halfmoon, and while it is fun on the rare occasions I am fighting a large number of enemies that are close together AND I have barrage, I honestly rarely use the thing.
Xanthicus
Okay now I'm a bit confused, I've been comparing the two bows shown above with my old one shown here and my Storm bow does a lot more dmg...is that right? I thought the Moon bows above would be better cause the Storm isnt even max dmg...

You're fighting things with more elemental armor than physical, or it's a fluke.
As for the bows not being perfect the 2% literally makes no damage difference 90% of the time.
The vampiric isn't for healing it's for the 5 extra damage that ignores armor entirely.
I'd say put the vampiric on that fiery bow and switch out that grip for a fortitude one unless you aren't getting hit much, then get a 20% and use it since money doesn't appear to be much of a problem for you.
Then again if you're using a lot of enchantments on yourself one of enchanting wouldn't hurt much either.

I would say : keep them both and get some other max damage bows with different bowstrings as well.
As a ranger you have time to think about what weapon to use before you engage in the fight, so you can switch between between weapons. It won't take you too long to figure out what damage type or upgrade is most effective against a certain type of monster. Even in pvp it might make a difference.
I would get some elemental damage bows and one bow with physical damage and some nice upgrade like armor penetration or lengthen crippling/bleed/poison (whatever you use).
