Healing w/out a Monk?

This will be my first BWE and I am planning on being a warrior primary. I have a few questions though. I would really like to be a warrior/elem. I have heard about healing signet and some other healing stuff, but I was wondering if you have to be a monk to use that stuff? Also, what are your suggestions on builds? Warrior/x?

Healing Signet is a warrior skill, so as long as one of your professions (primary or secondary) is warrior (and preferably points in Tactics attribute to make it worth using) then you can use it.

Depends on if you wanna heal yourself or others

every class has a way to regain/regen health, it's just that monks do it best. that is the way things are balanced..
