+1 healing question on weapon

this is my primary weapon for my elemental...



my question is this

I recently made my secondary to monk, which works great since i often sit back and can nuke while healing the monks who are busy healing others.

The staff has a 17% chance of a +1 using healing powes, does this apply to secondary as well? or will it be if i wer a primary only.

Am i occasionally getting a +1 in my secondary healing skills?

I only ask since for runes to be used it must b ur primary. this would be like an occasional rune for my secondary (minor o'course)

yes it works for secondary too, if you watch how much you are healing for you will probably see once in a while you are healing for a couple of points more (assuming you have time to watch in battle, lol). That is this skill going to work.
