WTB A good flame offhand.

The title says it all. I don't really care if it's one of the ones from the collector. But I'll know. Anyway, post with what you have and how much you want to part with it. My Flame level is sufficiently high that the requirements don't really matter to me. Thanks so much.

actually if you think about it ... the ones from the collectors are far better than the regular stuff ... example ... you have collector artifact + fire wand ... skill recharge faster = 40% faster cast speed = 20% ... likely if your in a battle the difference between your life and death will be your recharge of fire skills ... 27 extra health will buy you less than 1 hit. Armor plus 5 is good ... but when you drop below 50% your losing damage fast.

If you happen to have 2 skills recharge faster ... they could be the decider between life and death. imo.

I think you should get the collector one outside Gates of Kryta that requires Decayed Orr Emblems. If I remember correctly, its:

Energy +8 (req 6-8? Fire)
Energy +15
Energy Regeneration -1
Health +30

I'd have to go check again....but I loved having this one for my Ele.

Thanks for all your advice. I know theres a collector out there who gives out perfect 20/20 artifacts, but I haven't found him yet. I'm in the thirsty river right now, so if someone could tell me where (s)he is, or just sell me one of his artifacts that would be nice, otherwise that other artifact sounds nice, and I'll look into it. Any information regarding the aforementioned collector would be greatly appreciated.
