You should be able to buy like an armor set, but only if you have ascended, or be able to go to ascended only shop, where there are unique items, such as ascended color dye? i dont know what im talking about :P

Pointless, people will just sell your unique items to non ascended toons.

Isn't armor customized only for your char? you cant sell them then
