There are many programs that will monitor the temperatures of specific components inside your computer, but only if those components support temperature monitoring. Not all motherboards, videocards, and hard drives have the necessary components, especially if they are older. Perhaps you can suggest what specific part of your computer you want to monitor?

For motherboard, Motherboard Monitor (http://mbm.livewiredev.com/) works really well for me. As for videocard, if it has temperature sensors, it usually ships with the card or is available for download from the manufacturer's website. If you do find a program but it doesn't work, it's more than likely that your card doesn't have the sensor. My videocard shipped with a temperature monitoring program, but it gives errors since no sensors are on the chip.

I would suggest Googling for your card's manufacturer+temperature monitoring, as I'm not that familiar with the various video card utilities out there. Perhaps someone else can give you a more helpful solution.

Well, you could open up your computer to look at it. This program might be able to tell you though : http://www.cpuid.org/cpuz.php. Run that and click on the motherboard tab. It should tell you what you need to know.

Your motherboard appears to be made by Abit. Have you tried looking under that category, then the model number?

Work in Progress [WIP]

Did your motherboard come with any disks? Sometimes those have the little utility programs for checking temperatures and whatnot.
