Question about changing 2nd Profession

I have done all of the desert quests and I am now faced with the choice of changing my second profession. I am currently an E/N. I have read in other threads that if you change second profession and you don't like it, you can change it back to the original one if you choose and still retain all of the original skills you had before the change. In other words, if I change to an E/Mo and I decide that I don't like being a monk, I can change back to a necro and stil have all of the necro skills I had before the first change.

So my quesiton is this, how many times can you change your secondary profession? Can I try all of them? Is there a limit on how many times I can try each one? Is there a limit on how many times I can change back to my original?

Thanks in advance.

No limit as far as I know, but learning more skills for another profession would be very draining on Skill Points.

Once you have done a profession-changing quest, you can change an unlimited number of times to your original second profession, or to any other profession for which you have done the quests (by talking to anyone of the second-profession quest givers in the 3 desert outposts). Each time you'll get back the skills that your character already had unlocked. Note that this is different from the unlocking of skills for PvP characters, which works on an account basis (for all PvP characters of an account). When changing back to a previous second profession, you only get the skills that were unlocked by that specific character.

The main issue in changing the second profession, as mentioned before, is that you'll have to buy the skills for new second professions from the skill trainers, and usually you don't have a lot of skill points left. This means you'll have to work very hard to get the 20,000 XP that is required for a new skill point.

I have changed my profession many times, there is no reason to buy all the skills, I buy just the amount necessary for my build, plus you can get many by going back and doing the ascalon and yacks bend skills quests

I change my secondary all the time to unlock skills even though I don't plan on using them with that character. You can change as much as you want with no bad effects.
