If I use Markman's Wager (+10 to energy if I hit, -10 if I miss), Then use Dual shot, Does it count Dual shot has 2 hits/misses or Just one attack?(So, if it was 2 hits/misses would I gain/lose 20 energy, or Just gain/lose 10 energy?)

It counts as 2 hits/misses. Read the Wind and Favorable Winds will stack with their damage boosts however will not stack with their arrow speed boosts.
