I can't fnid anyone who knows where Spearhead peak is or what quest it's a part of???

Spearhead Peak is the area north of the Copperhammer Mines. It's area that lies between the Copperhammer Mines and the Granite Citadel. I hope this helps u to find it.

Rez signets don't recharge anyway. Keystone signet is great if you have an extra slot and carry either healing signet, or leech signet.
