Is it common to have a 3/4 sec cast heal spell be interrupted in pvp? Say if you tried to pop it in melee combat against a guy with disrupting chop, would it be easy to disrupt even if you timed it well?
Only way that gets interrupted is if you have a good Mesmer player camping you, or if it just gets hit by an interrupt fired randomly. Disrupting Chop or any other non-Mesmer interrupts aren't going to be fast enough.
