First, you need to travel to " Temple Of The Ages" wich can be accessed north of dalessio seaboard.
Then, pray at the statue of grenth (/kneel) command.
A spirit of grenth will apear, asking you to travel there.
It will cost you 1 platinum.
Your country must be in the favour of the gods( winning the HoH) for you to enter.

Now for some UW tips.
Blind is pretty much a must because they can easily deal over 200 damage.
Rangers are always a good idea with their multiple traps (dust trap!).
Monks with Aegis and Protective spirit are VERY nice.
If you're doing "smite runs" send a warrior in first so he agros all the smiters then AoE them to death, if they get scattered in with your casters and stuff it gets messy.
Good luck.
