I would love to get any monk rod like that! Best I have seen so far was 11-20 with 15% recharge +10 energy and My monk is holding on to that till the end o time.

i have never seen a rod with +10 energy.. your lucky to find one with +4 so i would say this is non in the game...

You will never find a Rod with an energy addition over 5. Because you have an Energy Item for the left hand. If you are using a shield, you're out of luck.
