This is the Collector's armor, mixed with the leg scar pattern. All collectors were in the Crystal Desert. The leg scar pattern came from the Droknar's Forge armor crafter. Everything is dyed blue.

Tunic: from Collector Kyle the Rich for 5 Losaru Manes. AL 60, Energy +5

Gloves: from Collector Fenster the Golden for 5 Minotaur Horns. AL 60, Energy +5

Boots: from Collector Gustov the Silent for 5 Dune Burrower Jaws. AL 60

Leggings (not shown): from Collector Cedric Rogers for 5 Losaru Manes. AL 60, Energy +5
