Where do you solo farm??

A lot of info on this may be scattered throughout the forum, but I'm wanting to see where you all do your soloing in one thread since I need to find some new spots.

I made a W/Mo (same old boring build as everyone) to solo farm for me to outfit my other characters. Right now I've just been doing the Gates of Kryta Mission and killing drakes. Where else is manageable for me to solo for some good drops?

I farm outside old ascalon.

ive tried making numerous threads trying to find the secrets of farming never have i just do the drake runs they may not be as prosperous as other farming runs becuase its really not farming i consider farming going in and out of an area where there is an easily killed mob i like the drake runs becuase i have a beautiful video card and the scenery is nice drakes are fun to kill too, i only make like 2k per run unless you find a valuable rune which is unlikly.

If u can take the bird men outside of droks, then you will find yourself to be a happy camper.

where exactly are peopl ding drake runs and whats you guys' class to be able to take them out so easily it sounds. as ive stated in a few other recent posts im a mesmer/necro, cant really solo by myself just wondering if you think i could do drakes

I do Sand Drakes outside of Elona's Reach with my Mo/Me. At the most, I've done 2-3 lvl21 Drakes, a lvl24 Elementalist Drake Boss, and 5 Scarabs, without dying. It's pretty easy for the standard Monk farmer, since the mobs are melee, with no interrupts, minimal amounts of enchantment removal (if you do it right, they'll take off Divine Boon 90% of the time, which you can easily recast, or a non-essential enchantment), and moderate amounts of damage.

I've done Lightning Drakes in the past, without trouble, in the Gates of Kryta.

Drake runes are usually done along the coastal areas in the Gates of Kryta mission. You probably won't be able to do any worthwhile farming, since you don't have many good ways to do damage, especially AoE damage, generate energy, and survive at the same time.

Do gypsie ettin and you'll find a sup vigor eventually. Or go all the way to snake dance and go kill blessed griffins.

Rangers make pretty good farmers too. Especially Drakes.. got to love the Elemental AC bonus we get
