empathy + miss attack

will foes under empathy hu miss attacks still take dmg?

Yes they do. Empathy triggers when they attack...it makes no difference whether they hit with it or not.

IIRC, when I played my warrior, empathy + blindness + (what was that necro hex that made you whiff 25% of the time and take damage?) = OMG THE PAIN IT HURTS OH DEAR GOD WHYYYY!?

So often I'd just stand around like a fifth wheel until our monk got around to me.
