Changing 2ndry proffession

I was wondering where and from who do you change your 2ndary profession with.

The 3 towns in the desert that are explorable.
Heroes Audiance
Seekers Passage
and that other one that I can't remember

There is a quest for each class called like Necromancers Path
If you do it and go to get your reward it will ask you if you want to change your secondary. And tada.

Also, you may want to know that you can't do those quests unless you've Ascended. The third town is Destiny's Gorge. Even if you give up a secondary profession, you still keep all the skills in that profession if you decide to go back, or for PvP unlocking purposes.
