How Long Do Rune Effects Last?

Errr,

may be dumb question but...do they last forever or for the mission or the quest or a minute or...?

so can anyone help?

Runes?

They last FOREVER!

Once you have applied one to your armor the bonus remains on your armor till you change it.

You can also use an expert salvage on a piece of armor IMBUED with a rune you'd like to get.
