With no damage mods that is essentially a white bow with a grip.
Max short bow(low req is nice, but its still just a short bow) 400-500g
Fiery Dmg(I dont think this make a difference) 250g
+25 Health Grip 3-5K
Total: 3.6-5.75K
Understand that I price this as to what it is worth. You can find someone who will pay you more, but you will have to invest some time in it.
