How do you create a guild

Is there a certain amount of people you need to create a guild like in WoW

No, there is not set number of people you have to have to form a Guild, so long as you can afford to get it started.

Making a guild consists of tree steps:

1) Register the guild name - can be done early in the game for a small amount of gold.
2) Buy a cape - requires a moderate amount of gold, but it's not hard to get it if everyone in the guild pays some money. You have to buy the cape only once, and from then on every guild member (old or new) will have a cape.
3) Buying a guild hall - you need a Celestial Sigil for this. The sigil drops only in the Tombs, if you win the last round of the tournament. Of course you can trade the sigil if you want to, so it's not necessary to PvP to buy a hall.

Just want to add that there is a limit to 100 people to the guild. If you didn't already know.

Hmmm, just one thing you *can* get your guild hall and cape without paying the 1000 gold if you get the sigil, but if you pay the 1000 gold you get both your cape and a guild hall.

No. This are two separate steps. The 1000g is for the cape, the sigil is for the hall.

We created our guild last night and weren't charged any money for it. Was this something special for the last beta or something?
