How do you all know how much an item is supposed to sell for?
When I unlock an item and I extract a Pommel or Grip etc., I am always unsure on how much an item should be worth.
For instance, Last night I sold a Skull Shield +13 armor(I think) and Improves healing deep wounds. I was selling it in Anscalon and a guy whispered me.
he said how much and I replied with make an offer. 400 was the price I sold it at.
Next I have a sword pommel of fortitude Health +22 that I extracted.
How much is this worth?
Is there a guide maybe online that gives estimations on item price ranges?
thanks for your help as this is a great forum for people playing GW

Depending on the req's of the shield I probably would have shelled out a bit more than 400. But when it comes down to it, unless you have the time and enjoy the bartering system, I'd say just get what you can for it. The pommel should go for a couple hundred as well, but there are those fanatics out there that will jack up the price.

Too bad it wasn't a 29 pommel... then you'd be wealthy. Those "fanatics" want perfect specs, and will pay a hundred plat for a 29-30 fortitude.
