PvP, a spectators sport?

When there are Pvp tourneys or even regular matches can people watch em live in game? If not are there replays like wc3 maybe? i know u could make replays in shadowbane, not that anyone would wanna play that game much less watch someone else play =) But i always enjoys watching the top wc3 replays after tourneys and stuff and was wondering if there is anything similar in GW? Also it might be cool to scout teams you may be matched up against later.

In one of the recent Fansite Friday's it was said that you will be able to watch PvP matches. Though I am not sure if replays will be put in.
