Collectors in Ring of Fire

I quess it's just a rumor, many people say that there are lots of collectors in the Ring of Fire area with nice items, but I'm almost sure there are no collectors in the Ring of Fire. I've just totally explored the Ring of Fire area, just for a check but as I thought, no collectors

So, is it just a rumor, or did I mist all those collectors?

And the rumors were already there, and now someone is actually telling he actually saw one.. I've followed the things he said, I've gone to the Sout-Easy part of Predention Rock with constantly have Sprint/Charge! on but I can't seem to get far enough, since I'm not a Warrior, but a Monk with these Warrior skills and don't have too much life. If there is anyone else who would like to try this, and then also actually finds the NPC this guy is talking about, please tell me ! I'll keep on trying for a while too, if I manage to find this NPC I'll off course tell you right away.

Hopefully this NPC does excist and is a collector with some really cool stuff That would be nice.

and no one has seen anything while looking for it

It's hard to come there, and he still says it's truly there, so if it was a joke, I think we would know it by now.. But you could be right.. I'll see, I'll try to reach the point he's talking about, maybe I'll find it after all
