Purge conditions

Is this spell 100% effective with only one point into protections prayers? From looking at the skill it appears to be.

Yes, the skill is in Protection, but is (apperently) unaffected by the attribute. Notice however that Mend Condition and Mend Ailment (both of which have thier healing side-effect bosted with the Protection attribute) while only removing one condition at a time have a much better recharge time. It's up to you to guess if you'll commonly need to remove multiple conditions at once.
