Mind Spark Garb of Water Magic.. :\

I'm new to this site, and i looked but i couldnt find an answer, so i figured i'd ask the ? here. I recently got the item Mind Spark Garb of Minor Water Magic and cant figure out for the life of me what to do with it. It is a salvage item, but since it says it increases water magic, i figured i didnt want to salvage it.

If someone would be so kind as to explain what i am to do with this thing i would be forever indebted to you.

Use an expert salvage kit on it. You might get a minor rune of Water Magic out of it. Then you can apply that rune to your armor (if you're an elementalist).

Did you already extract the Rune from the drop? If so, you can double click on the rune and apply it to any armor piece if it is your primary class.

If you have not Extracted the rune from the drop, use an expert salvage kit on the armor piece you picked up

If you use an expert salvage kit on it, you will salvage a Minor Rune of Water Magic. The "of Minor Water Magic" means that there is a Minor Rune of Water Magic in it, so if you find more salvage items with "of..." then you know you will be able to salvage a rune. But don't forget to use an Expert Salvage Kit to get the rune

Ah, ok. thanks guys, that seems easy enough.

You also ALWAYS get the rune now while using an expert but you won't always get the rune if you're trying to salvage out of your own armor.
