8-man Guild

Will it work?

A Guild with just 8 people of my own language. Since I think it'll be pretty good, since you know how every one from your Guild plays, you'll probably do good in Guild vs Guild battles and it'll be alot more fun, since you really know eachother. Also the own language would be really nice trough Teamspeak or Ventrilo, since you'll can always understand eachother. It's just an idea off course, I think I'm going to try it with some friends

it sounds nice kind of like communism but in the long run you will probably never have enough people on at a time to have a guild battle.

Well, since we all live in the same country, the timezones wont really make a difference off course. And I'll maybe make some rules like you need to play between 3 and 5 o'clock for example So we can play Guild Battles between those times

It would work as long as you can get everyone to meet at scheduled times. If I were you, I'd go for 10-12 men, so you'll have alternates and substitutes in case some people don't show up and you'll have a greater chance of having a good selection of classes to form a team.

True, but if so, we probably need 16. Since we off course need every build 2 times then, since we need to work on stratagys, to make things easier. And you can't do that with different builds in your team

Well me and my mates guild is around 8 maybe a few more in total. We all know each other, seeing as we are mates, and have played the game through with each other so we know how to work well. So yeh, it will work.

Yeah, Teamspeak is a good program for that I still think the idea is nice, but I'm not starting a Guild before I actually have the 8 people I need
